This guild will activate once pet stat loss comes back. It shouldve been back months ago.... but the point is to make their lives hell.

You aren't a PK if you're only killing tamed pets. You're an NPC killer lol

PS, grow a pair and use your main forum account :)

oo Let's go a step further and remove bonding too. The pet should come back from the dead not completely right (pet cemetery). I think tamers should have to maintain their pets health, and if it dies they get another pet. Taming is a skill, they can use it.

Right on, taming is a skill, once you get your 10 drags.10 WWs,10 mares,10 riding llamas...the skill is useless.

On another server I used to play on there was no pet bonding. I would just keep ~ 50 dragons stocked in the stables. Taming dragons is fast when you know what you are doing. (That said, I would also farm with all 50 turret style).

It used to be so much fun PKing the blocker character people would use to do that, after putting up a gate ontop of them. Watching 50 dragons flood through a moongate to a boat or somewhere they would be held hostage was always hilarious.

I REALLY liked the mechanic of pets going through gates. I think it would work especially good on UOR where you have bonded pets and summoning crystals. With those 2 tools, the power is always in the hands of the tamer to get back his pets at fairly low cost, so I dont buy the argument that it is discouraging to gate tamers pets out. Its just another tool in the arsenal, a vigilant tamer can easily prevent his pets from being gated out.
Maybe add a condition so pets will not accept gates in town so as to compromise with those who abhor this mechanic.

    Please? Yes?

Maybe make it so pets won't accept a gate while in town, nor into a 'house' region? So if somebody wants to gate your pet out, you know it will be to an overworld area where you are free to chase them without worrying that on the other end the person will already have defense set up. I wouldn't want to chase my pets if I knew there was a chance they went into somebody's house (cuz i'd just get banned/removed from the house by their alt), but I would chase them if I knew it was to an overworld/dungeon location somewhere.

I imagine this will make Harrower events a little less "automatic" as well, since you might have people placing gates right in front of the Harrower before the 'All Kill' assault begins.
