I just listened to this again... Pendulum really knows how to fill the frequency spectrum; lol.... Regardless of what you think of their music(I like their tunes) stylistically; they are great/very technical producers. Shit is heavy.
and then... this jam... WHO THE FUCK IS BREAK!??! ... and why must he insist on using a name that is like IMPOSSIBLE to google. "Break DNB" returns nothing but drum breaks. ;( lol j/k! Found him!
DnB is just too good haha... It's like the heaviest/most raw of all the electronic music grenres.... and DnB producers have pioneered SOOOOOOO MANY production techniques.
Your sample track made me think of my favorite drum + bass track. It's a cover, but it's awesome: (sorry for the poor quality, but it's the only video of it on the net.)
Some top top tunes here. I didn't see any Roni Size so here's Bristol's finest from 1997. He was well ahead of the game way back when.
Morning. Time to post some new stuff. This ones interesting, different for you. https://soundcloud.com/blackoutmusicnl/free-download-state-of-mind https://soundcloud.com/netsky/ed-sheeran-dont-netsky-remix https://soundcloud.com/kovenuk/koven-miracle-drum-and-bass-mix https://soundcloud.com/the_emperor/emperor-mefjus-disrupted Something heavy for you:
I suppose... its DEFINITELY one of my favorite instruments. I just like my DNB to be a little more gut-rumbling ;D
WINNER! What can I say... this track is too damn good. Lots of other good entries though. I'll idle in IRC until everyone collects their prizes. Find me.
I seriously have no idea how I've never heard of Break... what a noob I am. I need to get my mixer back; damn it.
This thread actually really inspired me.... My musical direction took a DnB turn erm... this morning. I started this new tune; and have a killer bassline in my head but can't get it out... so for now it's drum and bassless haha... but if anyone is interested you can peep it here (figured someone might be) https://soundcloud.com/modfreq/thingsyouown
