    It dropped the other day around the same time ShadowJack was going crazy at Bart with public announcements and the like about a larger dwelling elsewhere.

    Decline and withdraw all bids.

    I cannot in good conscious buy out any auction in progress with the possibility of my competition being away and missing this opportunity since it
    was not posted as such up front but rather, an addition (12/18/2015@1705cst).

    Especially at .4 over value.



    Moving forward, if you've a buyout in mind please post it first day.
