OP would of had to drop one to test it... and don't say it was done on test which is patched up to pub40 2013. Last server down during the move perhaps? Or a second small house that I dont remember? Ill consider s/b if nothing can be replaced otherwise probably 2 mill-ish

My apologies for the confusion. I was under the impression that no new housing could be placed there. I.E. if you dropped the small house it couldn't be replaced. If Telamon says it can be dropped and replaced then we should go with that. With that being said you cant place anything new next door so I believe its safe to say you wont get any NEW neighbors.
