Shad, they are not interested in selling. I tried to purchase about 3 or 4 months ago. They are aware of what they have, but have not taken the steps to achieve. I have since moved from the location and they have set up a few more large towers where mine once stood. I had to communicate with them by leaving a book on the doorstep, hope this helps.
