Selling this great house in Yew! Just outside of the coveted ROE area but still within easy walking distance to the bank, Moongate and all the great vendors in Yew!

This spot also fits a Villa if you prefer a Villa over an L-Shape.

SOLD to a private bidder who made me an offer I couldn't refuse (no I didn't wake up with a horse head next to me in bed).

    Starting Bid: Deed + 50k
    Bid Increment: 10k
    No Buyout
Plat accepted at 9k. Holiday coins at 5k.

Auction ends 48 hours after last bid if there is only 1 bidder. If there are 2 or more it ends 24 hours after the last bid.

See the bottom of the image for a special instant rebate opportunity for the winning bidder!

Yeah or the old SNL skits. The 10k instant rebate for the winner of the auction is worth it to me to know someone else has that song stuck in their head now! Plus it gave me a reason to embed that gif into the ad :)

Damn song has been stuck in my head the past couple days...

Yup! If I remember right, that skit the GIF is from was in the same SNL episode as the one where Jim Carrey is the jacuzzi lifeguard. It was a great episode. Think it was back in the late-ish 90s maybe.

That is awesome! Reminds me of what a friend of mine and the people down at this cyber cafe way way back would do occasionally... Back when the "Tunak Tunak Tun" song was a viral video on the internet. Whenever someone would start playing that video those guys would get up and start dancing to it and blast that music. Probably seemed strange to people walking by on that fairly busy sidewalk and street to hear music from India blasting out of a cyber cafe in Montana and then seeing a bunch of people in their teens to early 20s dancing around to it inside :p
