On a side note: I saw this odd fellow in Vesper the other day. Guy named Aragorn, it was. I tried to engage him in conversation, but, when he wasn't strangely silent, he was spouting the oddest sort of nonsense: "Not gunna talk 2 u n00b; trolling IRC!" If I had taken the meaning, I am sure I would have been mightily offended...

Ah! Yes, Aragorn has been mightily distracted by this new found wizardry... An evil unto itself indeed!

But really it is partially why I hadn't messed with it. It definitely is convenient, but I still feel it detracts from game play. My style at least. Maybe I'm better of using in game communication crystals. How do those work anyway? Half the time I know anything is going on at Paws was because I heard it over the comm at the vendor house near occlo bank. I hate missing out on things but then I've got to manage another app on my computer. Meh. Enough whining.

Too bad you can't bribe the town criers to make a server wide announcement in game. Would be a decent gold sink.

Come to think of it, Jup, I think you're right. It seems like he did that for a tavern event we hosted back in 2014. There were definitely gates.
