I have been in your exact shoes before. When I first started playing here, all I did was flag grey and run around pretending to be a thief to have people attack me so I could kill them and take their loot. I was having a blast at other people's expense. It was great! The community hated me for it and tried to lynch me many times via forum and IRC, complaining to staff etc. I joined a guy named Rembrandt's guild (247 - crafting guild) and then killed all of his members and then quit. I then created a character named Rembrandt (which is actually Eastwood's original name prior to staff name change) just so when I killed people they would message him in IRC and be like "what the hell!". I then found him at his house afk on HIS Rembrandt character and killed him and got some nice items.


This action went into IRC and escalated from there. This was the icing on the cake the point I was jailed on all of my characters and had been told perhaps this was not the server for me.



So in summary, again, I have been in your shoes. I have changed my play style a bit to be more accommodating, but at the cost of not getting my full 100% thrill that I once had on the game, but I rolled with the punches, found some buddies to play with and have found some other ways to be entertained. I have since then become a fairly respectable person both in game and on the trade forums etc. So I guess things can turn around in a positive manner. Not all is lost.

I think every time I've seen you in game, we've fought and you chased me around calling me names, but I have tough skin and just laughed at it. That's actually a funny part of the game for me. We have had a few dealings from the forum and I personally haven't had a bad experience with you. Whether you quit or not, have fun in whatever you do!
