he sounds pretty serious. I appreciate and will accept all serious offers. I have a price in mind.. Seriously considering putting it up for auction. But i won't do that unless i know there are serious offers out there. Just the deco i value at an easy 3 mil. I haven't put much thought into it though, only trying to minimize refreshing
