    Nah its good to see a fort on Ice go for a good price. Soon the patch will be out, and the price of that fort will probably go up alot.

    I don't know Phil or the Buyer & congrats on the sale...

    But lets be clear here, the fort only made up 2/3rds of the sale at most, By his own account he had some serious deco in there. Including 4-5 monster statuettes and an event Pegasus bought from the holiday vendor...

    Moats come out.. forts go up 2-5m across the board is my guess
    Moats come out and the seller has already purchased moat and CY additions... then you can talk real $$
