An auction is an auction regardless. If people are willing to buy for that price then let them be. My personal opinion regarding AMIBS: Yes, they create plat, rares and gold and ergo they have theyr market value. However, they take an additional resource: Time! If you aim for the best income/hour, its more valuable to sell them off - without any discussion. This way you generate the money instantly instead of having to grind through them. Now you add a different factor - personal value! You might enjoy to break time records, safe farming, timing the rares, ironman them on different templates (i did ironman them on Erzas Tankmage template btw) or whatever reasons! In my opinion personal value is the biggest factor regarding the prices of AMIBs. Ergo, even if this sells off for the 150k B/O, its mostly influenced by the personal value of the buyer. This auction isnt against any trading codes of conduct, but im not saying its an especially good thing to do either. If anyone would jump on that boat, we would see the same development as on the Plat prices (Plat is heavily overpriced at 10k per) TLDR: Just because something is allowed, you shouldnt do it for the sake of greed. It will screw the market over time.
Oh btw, I am constantly paying 5k more than so called 'market price' for AMIBs as of now. That's the proper reaction to all this penny-counting bullshit above. *high fives Darth Shad*
21-22 plat in an hour? I must suck at soloing coon (Or you have never done it and are guessing at the actual #'s). Not saying it isn't profitable, but that is a BIT of a stretch.
I consider Shad a hell of an asset to our little community. Some of these comments are really disappointing. You guys really think he was trying to screw someone out of a few imaginary gold coins by pumping up the price? It's like you got Shad confused with that piece of shit Uncle Donnie.

Hello steely, I work each days of my life to be a positive guy and i want to have fun here. Im sorry if i look like a greedy old piece of junk for you. Since i play here, i try to help peoples, have fun and make money with the trade forum. When i quit UOR on december, the main goal was to dont loose my girlfriend. I liquidate all my things and do a LOTO to give nearly all my stuffs to some lucky players. The only thing keep was a caracther statue. 2 weeks later, i decide to get back. Yes, alot of player give me back my things. Its was really kind. To be honnest, I only ask to one of my friend if it was possible to get back my ethy and a pair of sandals.
