i am on irc always thats why i say to message me there and for all of your non communication that has been happening between selling this house to you you get right on here when it is said sold to someone else , it has never been about the price it has been about your lack of actually "looking" for me on irc

That post I posted is the first post where you told him he won. And his bid was 3 days ago not a week. I dont think you are a shaddy individual but this auction was not handled right IMO.

Am I missing something? His first post was not a week ago. It was 3 days ago and you didn't answer him for another day. Making it 2 days since that post and you re-sold it on the second day. You gave him a day, not a week.

yes takes him 3 days to "look" for me on irc and contact me i figured it would take another 3 which is close to a week The forums dont show the notifications correctly , so i stay on irc and deal with customers thru there, like i messaged him then i had to ask if he had irc , he said yes then still did not contact me , the house is still in my ownership , and the guy still has not contacted me on irc and i have been logged in for days

and nor do i want to be thought of as a shaddy individual either , still to this moment he has not contacted me to get his house , so am i supposed to wait a whole week ?

anyways on the day amount yes i am wrong on the days im missing one he still has yet to message me for his house except to post that i am a pos when i am clearly on irc and saying he was looking for me on irc , there is a name list and i listed my name exactly shouldnt be that hard , and after i told him to message me he puts a - up on here like one min after my message , figured sometime between there he could atleast contact me on the requested messaging system but im not going to go back and forth , this is a sale auction if there is anything else to talk about could we take it to another non sale post thanks
