    Let's try this again. That's my budget - 7.0 Million gold. If you want to offload some property in preparation for the Anniversary, now's your opportunity.

    I'm looking for just about any location. I'd prefer low spawn and not in a swamp, but they aren't a deal breaker.

    Thank you for the input. Perhaps I'll have to wait until it becomes a buyer's market again. Or perhaps accept that I'm destined for the swamp until I've become a bit more wealthy, heh.
