I am in need of a good house to peddle my wares. I have noticed some houses in good areas (Yew) have vendors but dont have GM Smith items for sale. Also the ones at Ocollo bank seem to be slow at restocking. If anyone will have me I will restock daily if its needed. I just need somewhere to sell my stuff that sees decent traffic. Speaking on this for a second I need to ask what has happened to the house vendor scene in this game. I havent been on this server but maybe 3 weeks but in old UO days there were vendors everywhere like Brit GY, road to Vesper, and the Brit X-Roads and they all did well. I hardly ever see any house vendors besides the ones at Ocollo bank and the ones near Moongates. Do most people just sell using the forums?

@dabrixmgp first of all welcome to our shard, we are all glad to have you. Let me give you the break down how I see it here since I have been here on and off since beta. There are only a hand full of dexxers on this shard and for pvp we all use gold runic weapons or above. Most gm weapons that sell have been deadly poisoned, so if you have a poisoner I would do that for sure. Barbed leather suits and barbed bone armor sell 10 to 1 of gm archer suits compared to the opposite back in the day. The top vendor areas here are outside occlo bank and surrounding area, yew moongate, brit moongate, sandstone north of moonglow moongate, and close to dungeon entrances. So if I was going to make a smith vendor today, I would have poisoned katanas, war forks and krysses, packs of 10 gm smith repair deeds, a couple of each colored dex suits made (higher the ingot the more AR it is), sell bulk ingots and sell your smith BOD rewards on it in one of those areas. Things around a graveyard will be hot until after the Halloween event but soon die off after its over. The days of Brit Graveyard, Brit Crossroads, Bucs Den and everyone gathering at the West Brit Bank are gone.

sorry man, I dont really pay attention to that. i would check some vendors in that spot and go off that.
Cost is about 2,845 with coloured ingots at 25 ea. Avg with markup for time is 3k. Check vendors and set price according to availability.
I'd like to add that there are vendor shops outside of the hot spots already mentioned. I help run one of the longest running vendors, Atrium Mart, located outside the East Moonglow Entrance. Come check us out.
