    Probably closer @ 2-3m. It really depends if there is more than one rare collector looking for it. I believe @Basoosh collected rare weapons and armor. This is harder to get, being off a champion. It's currently one of a kind and I believe stuff like Grand Visor's Axe and Revenant's Sword have gone for 1.5m. Those are off boss monsters and have more of them in circulation, but have a lower chance of dropping.

    BTW - @El Horno did an in-game representation of your avatar pic on the top of his tower.
