Should the anti macro check be excluded from fishing?

I will stop but implying that the afk gump for fishing is to prevent people from using EUO is not the reason. I'm pretty sure there's already a system to prevent illegal programs. All I wanted was a logical explanation, if you'll admit that there isn't one, i'll admit that this conversation is pointless.

What rule has this thread broken? The CSM swoops in when people are breaking forum rules. Are opinions against the rules now? Lock the whole forums up, then.

I think it's interesting that nobody on either side has mentioned (if they did I missed it) that AFK fishing being illegal is overkill, because even if you could make a macro that kills and loots monsters AFK, both of those activities are illegal to do AFK by themselves. Fishing alone, without killing and looting, only gives you fish steaks.

Difference is farming mobs in dungeons is higher risk with PKs thiefs ect... Fishing.. your out in the middle of the ocean(tracking is nerfed) nobody will find you even if they tried or if they even cared to go look, due to if your boats locked it's all unlootable. They have gumps on all the appropriate things currently.

A database of images that is not easily accessible would prevent a novice coder from breaking captcha. More advanced usage would allow the utilization of different items. Staves, rings, bracelets, etc to fill in the grid.

This is the only logical thing I've heard, I don't totally agree with it, but at least it's logical, which is all I'm asking for.
But all this boogyman fisherman swooping in and killing 10 krakens and looting them, all while taking a dump and reading the paper is pure nonsense.
For me, it's a hassle to keep changing my screen size and game play window size every time I want to play a different character. It's simply unnecessary.

1.- It can be done with razor. It’s a bitch, takes a while to cycle through all the permutations and you need the monster to die no more than on the second tile from you, but easily doable. Tip: Restock agent is your friend.

2.- Under the assumption that you are asking to remove it to be able to fish afk and NOT collect loot, my question is:

If it is to gain skill, there is no gump to GM. So what other reason would it be? To leave loot loaded monsters all around the ocean for you or others to easily collect at a later time? Yeah, no. Keep it as is.

Note the bolded part. Since this is a tread about AFK fishing, I thought the clarification was in order.

Well I am no Boogyman, nor do I want to be. I only asked to keep from being jailed for no reason. Obviously I will be at my computer, but on one screen at a time.
So if I catch the gump, I will play the little "click a boo" game until I miss enough of the gumps until I'm severely punished for excessive infractions.
I will not strain my eyes trying to play on a screen size that small, so you all win, even if for only the principle of winning, but know, your gump isn't preventing any boogymen, it's only making fishing less appealing. As I've said, if anyone is gonna go through the trouble of creating a boogyman fishing guy, they may as well create the boogyman afk gump guy instead. Much easier I'm sure to create and automatic gump clicker. The phrase stepping over dollar to pick up pennies has never been more relevant. This is my concession speech.
