Halloween skirt and sash

I got greedy, nevermind. BUT i learned how to get hues from items

What do they say when you click them?

ohhhh you know what i just realized that the concubine skirt from the other tread actually says concubine skirt. I saw that other thread and in my greed thought "hey i have some Halloween clothes too!" Starting to realize they may not be that special.

For skirt i get:

color: 66

For sash i get:
item id: 5441
color: 44

Yeah, they're just normal dye tub colors unfortunately.

Either the color must be special or (even more important) they must be named.
