We were having some 2/3/4 vs 2/3/4 fights last night within the faction, at the West Britain Arena and noticed a couple random quirks or bugs. Most notable was in a 3v3 wherein 5/6th of the participants had clicked the gump to indicate they are ready. The 6th person said they did not see the gump that everyone else did. The only thing that got the gump back up on his screen was logging off and logging back on, which immediately loaded the gump for him. Once selected as Ready, the match commenced. Secondly, and although I got no screenshot evidence of either instance, participants who lost fights noted a system message indicating they were killed by "Roman", who was indeed no where nearby or involved in any way. If any of you guys got screenshots from that, please share.
This has been reported before & is a known issue with the dueling system. I don't believe we've discovered what's causing this to happen yet. This happens because the way the dueling system works disallows kills/deaths etc to register as they normally would, which is what prevents faction kills/deaths from occurring within the arenas & also prohibits players from taking faction stat-loss. The killer being shown in party chat is simply the last player they were killed by, since that is what the party chat system uses to automatically send those responses.
hijacking this to suggest an anything goes option. So that instead of checking a bunch of things I can select it all in one stroke then go back and unselect the few invidividual things we don't want to allow
