I liked the spawnable rares there more then here, but everything else here is 150% better and I will never leave UOR for another server. I'm glad Bixby Legbone talked me into moving.
Yeah because thats that's the reason.... Crazy to hear that server used to be so legit. I actually left due to the rigidity of adhering to a "demo". Derrick always seemed standupish, never cared for the rest of the staff though. I guess with UOF you at least know you're dealing with corruption
Derrick made some stupid calls in my book. The rest of the staff kind if followed suit. The lack of listening to vet players and banning them is what turned me away from the server
Everything, everyone has here was earnt by good ol' fashioned elbow grease. And I absolutely love that. This place is the epitome of the phrase "you get out what you put in" and if that was to ever change its server population would diminish fast as hell. This is THE most fair game I have ever played. Additionally, at least for me, the grind and the earning of pixels is 99.9% of the fun. I absolutely love the hustle. I still kill mongbats for that 12 gold and collect shit weapons off the floor around banks to sell to NPCS and doing so has served me very well. Don't cheat yourself out of the fun.

Was Rammar still owning all the rares there? Everyone seems to be forgetting the small detail concerning copyright and royalties. This is ultimately a game whose rights are held by EA. I am sure if they heard someone had the potential of profitting from their game, they would surely want a cut...IF they’d be willig to allow it and not shut it down altogether.
I some what agree although from trends past this ruins in game economy and in turn kids the game.. just my 2 cents
In game gold for real life $$$ on UOR? Worst. Idea. Ever. Id quit instantly, as would a GREAT many other people I would assume. Agreed (and liked the post) that it would KILL this shard....almost instantly tbh. Not that it would ever happen.
