Damn, I'm always a day late and a dollar short. I'm looking to buy phoenix armor also. I have 2 deeds, just need 4 more to complete my suit though.

I have 3 phoenix deeds for sale on my vendor 380k each. its the small stone tower on south side of yew bank. vendor name is gemma on fornt steps.

Little pricier than I was planning on paying Mad Hatcher. I paid 300k each for the two I have and the deal they made here is 333k each. I'll hold out for a better deal, but thanks.

And why is it needed?

sry im relatively new to the server, what is phoenix armor. I dont remember it on OSI but then again i wasnt huge into "special" stuff either

its 23AR for the full set. not repairable with blacksmithing but fort powder fixes everything

The appeal for Phoenix Armor is the rarity, the fact that it is newbiefied/blessed, and it just looks cool.
