Where are people finding him?

The boss inside the instance has a chance to 'dismount' it when you kill him.

I got one! got it about 24 hours ago in a solo instance. Probably going to sell it after the current Lucky charms auction is over. I dont want to flood the market.

Did I read that there is both a short and a long-hair version?

Thanks to a run this morning, I am now in possession of a lucky charms, and I’mwondering about value and rarity.

There are long and short yes. I personally don't think hair length will really matter for these things. Personally I wouldn't pay any more because it has long hair, but someone could i suppose. Now if the horse was a darker / lighter hue, that would get my attention. I'm comparing it to mares. Pure / Non pure. Good stat pure mares go for more because they are darker. Stats are what people generally look for on mares, dragons/wyrms. With that being said, most players would probably buy a non-pure mare with better stats than a pure with crap ones.

It really just depends on what the player likes i suppose. But as I already mentioned the hue of the horse is what makes it valuable (to me) not the haircut.

Something like this would be worth more im sure haha.
