Can't seem to understand it anymore. You're almost guaranteed to see 4-5 PKs gate in to a spot and gank the solo farmer regularly, but the server runs an event yesterday in Moonglow which drew dozens of fresh meat (blues), and.... 1 PK showed up. Enlighten me.
I will say I did see a few factioners around. To me it still seems ridiculous though, why factioners when it was the absolute perfect opportunity for PKs. Theres something missing here.
There's another thing to take to consideration as well. Telamon does these events at the worst times possible with little to no heads up. Not talking shit or anything, but it doesn't help
My guild has done this before and because of cry babies we were jailed. Honestly it is more fun to fight people who want to fight
From what I understand, whenever there is a Town Invasion or any other global PVM event like this, there is a risk that a PK group might be jailed for killing blues. Therefore, I told the other two guys that were in voice with me that we would come with factioners instead, and that is what happened. We found scuba's CoM group around, had a fight with them, and that is all the action that we got, so we logged off afterwards. One of the guys really wanted to kill the PVMers, but I advised him to avoid it.
If you were jailed, thats garbage. But, now the second part of what you said. Most people who PVP want to have people go back at them. A good portion of PKs on here almost always run 4-5 deep, AND go after people solo farming. Look, Im not arguing PKs as a whole, I just think the majority of those who do it, do it wrong. There isn't enough of a player base to warrant 4-5 deep groups, lets be real. There are only a few people who PK and do it either solo or with one other.
I think you factioners chased a gray thief into my moongate casted from my home. He thought he was saved but I killed him with a blade spirit since he was on foot. On him I found 2 statues, 8 holiday coins, and 1 easter egg...
We like to play with our friends also a majority of the time other groups are looking for other pvpers to fight so blues are just innocent casualties
This is a shame then. I feel like there could have been so much potential for something really good to have happened if a large group of PKs attacked and the PVMers stood and fought back.
I understand playing with your friends, but it goes a bit beyond that when the group of you go out of your way to search every farming spot for that 1 blue. Another thing I don't get is, if PKs want to PVP so much... join factions on that toon as well.
One factioner per account Like I said most groups are looking for other groups and that means you have to search pvm spots
Factions here isn't a 24/7 thing . Once every 3 days sigils are able to be stolen. In between then people look for fights.
4-5 man group on a solo farmer isn't a fight. The farmer isn't going to and has no intention of fighting back.
Get a friend and farm together 2 tamers vs a group of 4-5 has a great chance to win and collect some heads
Heads aren't worth nearly anything, and you know thats unrealistic. Theres no benefit to farming with 2 tamers. To be honest, I don't actually blame the PKs directly, this all happens because everyone gets 3 accounts. 3 accounts allows every person to have ATLEAST 1 Pk, if not more.
This is the problem with most pvmers they have a solo mentality. During these events no one thinks to work together and then a group of pks come in and shut down the event. This game is not suppose to be played solo. Play with a friend you have a better chance of survival Or don't and continue to complain that the mean pks ganked you and Grouping needs to stop
