• near a town or dungeon.

You might be able to place sometime on fire island or south trinsic jungle.

havent seen any spots taht will fit anything more than a small 7x7 house... and i'm not bothering with anything that small... if anyone knows of any location / zone / or house available please inform me.

i have a 2-story L shape, N of Vesper doesnt meet all your spawn criteria tho.

Although, there is a recall spell that can get you anywhere in the game.

where does it say it has to have all those qualities... all i asked for was a large home primarily NOT IN THE DESERT . near water, or in the swamp.... with preferably a mountain OR town OR anhk nearby not every single one of those things... those are not hard terms... in fact...

where does any law say i have to take the first house that is a large 2 story instantly it doesnt matter what drew me away from a sale with you or your property... i dont have to do business with you.. or your group of trolls. i was messaged your entire crews names /alts to avoid.

He offered if you for deed price. It's far easier to redeed it than trade to a player for the same money. That's a nice offer not trolling.

its not a nice offer when that is NOTHING that is wanted or needed... if i wanted to play uo real estate agent i would say i am accepting any house.... clearly the price is not an issue.... i am not new...he should gift that to a player that cant afford to buy a house (they specifically want and ASKED FOR IN THEIR OWN PERSONAL THREAD )

My feelings aren't hurt. I offered within your requested criteria and got a one word answer. As any business I am open for negotiations. As for my "Crew"... You'll find I do not know Wylwrk or Air, nor have I ever directly talked with them. I can say I've seen both of them conducting upstanding business on this forum on multiple occasions.
