It finally sold because shadowjack went back on that asian guy alt and dug up the thread and posted a buyout that Punt originally asked for
I think the original post was shitted up and might have been locked, but he re posted it maybe 5 mil more, I'm wanting to say 30 mil and it sat for MONTHS until Shadowjack dug it up and posted the buyout on an alternate account where he typed like an Asian stereotype lol. Punt actually honored the buyout even though it was probably worth more at the time as far as I know. Jack's account ended getting banned from what I remember lol. I have no idea who owns the fort now, but that is a super awesome spot. I wish I had dug up that post and posted the buyout!

Anyone know who's refreshing all of Shadowjacks houses now? Or who owns them? He's got those spots on nujelm by the GY that are empty and grandfathered. Would be *another* real shame to see 3 recent land rush spots empty and just sit there forever because he's banned...
He's probably refreshing them himself, but not sure who he is these days. But I hear ya, its a shame to let good houses sit and go to waste

Id hate to imagine how much stuff is lost from IDOC's. I saw Crunk Juice selling some blessed first anny sandles a while back he got from an IDOC.
