B: i bought & sold SHIT loads of keeps & forts. im an active player with a strong interests in real estate. i buy and sell when think there is bling to be made. is that what all merchants do one way or another? i also made losses in the past and its part of the game!!

simple example: thelax tried to sell his compound for MONTHS and noone was biting. I dont know how long tbh but after some time i was able to buy it off him. Meanwhile i sold 1 of the forts and i made 29m back from my 42,5mil investment. you do the math ! i won , thelax sadly lost over that deal.


sadly the market is quite stalled these days because everyone is hoping for secure CY & moats.

Ah, and since I'm mentioned in this thread as well.. I own Azoth's old fort (he has no houses being refreshed by anyone), and fully support condemn status. I use it daily, and it's the only fort I own.

No immediate plans to change anything with it, but I'm sure I will think of something eventually.
