So it's just crafted, plain leather, dyed green? It's not even barbed leather? Not trying to be a total jerk about it, but if it was crafted with barbed hides, it will have a higher AR. Literally no one wears plain leather, outside of maybe some RP or just lack of knowledge. If it's magic leather, then what level?
Is dyed leather actually worth anything special here? Just an honest question. I've killed 100s of people with it and I just have a bag of random dyed leather armor items.
Dyed leather comes from a Leather dye tub which charges cost platinum. There are "dyed" and standard colors that come from barbed hides etc such as dark charcoal and orange.
FYI Leather dye tubs do not cost platinum they are tailor bod rewards if anyone wants to buy leather dye tubs for plat let me know i have a couple hundred to sell
There are four hide types for crafting 'leather' armor. Leather (brown/standard), Spined (green), Horned (orange) and Barbed (Black). Any one of those hide types can be crafted into armor and dyed any hue available on the very very common BoD reward, leather dye tub. Charges sell for approximately 1000g each, if that anymore. Long story short, this is not rare or costly to make.
