    Considering selling this, if I get the right price for it. Despite being absolutely in love with this house I am trying to work on my real-estate addiction and let properties go.

    Accepting Platinum at 6.5k per
    Accepting Holiday coins at 4.5k per
    Accepting Ingots at 8 per
    Accepting Arrows at 5 per
    Accepting various rares in trade, hugely prefer dine and booze related deco (rare bottles, mugs, plates of food etc)

    Min bid: 200k

    Buy out: Small keep deed (655,200)

    Min bid increments: 10k

    Ends if a bid stands for 48 hours. I reserve the right to refuse sale and to take off the market at any time.

    Reserve is the same as buy out but I will consider selling for less if I like the person bidding or if the future house owner has plans to make this a useful home that the community will benefit from (guild house, vendor, events...)

    210k - would be noob friendly vendor (cheap force/hardening gear, full runebooks, cheap wands, cheap pots, cheap treasure maps, etc) and runebook spot. Maybe more as time goes on. I can also pay some of the price in plat!

    You're free to mix and match from the list of items i accept based on their value in any way you want (100k gold 20 plat and 5k arrows 2k iron ingots would be an acceptable form of bid)

    Upgraded to Sandstone Villa, auction keeps going with the same conditions, buy-out and bid increments stay the same. Still 48 hours to win it if buy-out is not met. (if winner wants I can swap back to small tower before transferring)
