Looking to buy a nice patio/spot, show me what you've got!

Looking for a really nice Patio/spot for one, must meet a couple conditions.

Cant be in or near swamps, ice, jungle or desert.
Must be able to drop items over the rail.
Cant be within three screens of a guard zone.
