    I'm considering a fresh start and changing up my house with a higher traffic housing area. Wanted to put this out there and see what types of prices the fort would pull.

    I have no clue where in the world that is, but it looks a sweet spot. My guesstimate would be 30-40m - but take that with a pinch of salt cause i am the only fool to have recently bought a large house for 37m around

    nice location, would start auction at 30m and expect something between 40-45.
    there is a lot of unknown about the island due to the other properties going to raffle* and from what I can tell a few of the big players have recently purchased Forts.

    I'm gonna do you a favour Sneaky.

    This house is on an island (adds a lot of value)
    This house is on the water (adds value)
    The other houses around it are unoccupied and part of a raffle, so no neighbours right (Correct me if I'm wrong dude) (adds value IMO)

    Now a few questions to help people appraise.

    CY status?
    Spawn Status?
    & is it grandfathered? (I know lots of these OG forts are)

    Super, SUPER nice spot, possibly the best fort spot in the game, I'm not gonna assign a price but it's definitely worth a LOT and I wish you good luck on the sale.
