This is how sucessfull IDOC groups have been running since before this shard existed, except its called bidding, not upbidding. Telamon has no problem with this. I know SOF has put stuff up for auction from IDOCS, with SOF bidding on said items. Remember @Arawn 's stuff? If you guys split your IDOC loot, then its happened to you too. Main difference is IDERP is just more sucessfull. I.e. @Earsnot selling 100,000,000 worth of property in a year.

Don't try to forum pvp against sandy. He's seriously good at it, so good that in fact it's the only pvp he does. (You won't ever find him solo in game )

While you admitted that this particular indicator is not reliable, I would like convince you of its further un-reliability. firstly, they could have plans, and just be busy, or not particularly motivated to do that aspect of the game. Secondly, their plans could be to flip the spot for profit.

What's to fix? These guys have had steady and healthy competition for a couple of years now. It's kinda like I've been saying all this time, they aren't doing anything that any other group can't do. I believe SOF has been giving them a run for their money lately too.

Besides, if you didn't already know, Telamon was a huge idoccer himself. The system here, that is used by iderp, was created by Telamon.

If someone is making an offer and they don't have said offer's amount of value, they're breaking the rules. Regardless of how they and the seller plan to deal with the final arrangement. IE: if a group is splitting and a group member makes an offer they must have the full amount of the offer.

Speaks for it self but is hard for a player to prove this.

Just wanted to clear Bore's name before anyone else may think he's iDerp and he comes back at some point with people skeptical of doing business with him. @Boreder was GG along with me and a handful of other estranged players who really just enjoy talking in Discord together but only sometimes interact in game. At the time of that swamp keep, two things happened. He realized he really didn't want a swamp keep, and a guildy had acquired a fort who wanted to sell that same week, but was convinced to keep it while Bore raised the funds week by week to pay for it.

Fishing is all he cared about. Idocs he couldn't give a crap about and making a massive amount of gold wasn't a priority.

I don't know if I would consider that an example of shill bidding. I wanted a keep when I started spent time in a friend's keep and hated it. Might one day try a castle or fort.
Sometimes life happens at the time and need to change things for a bit. I have placed houses loving it then fall out of love 3 days later, even bought houses doing that. Besides in the end it's pixels on a screen if you don't trust the seller scroll past.
