I think I've sold this peninsula twice, if not three times. I've regretted it every time. I think that brick (as a tower) is one of the best tower spots on the map. Best rune library, quietest town, nearby moongate. Alas, too rich for me and I wouldn't use it ATM. Free bump, another regret, good luck!
