It has begun, Something has sent Cerberus to start winter across the lands! What is this strange beast, why is it here? The story all started at the Village of Paws with some Blundering Intruders. Now Cerberus has been sighted all across the lands bringing a deathly chill to the air. Only one thing is clear at this point, Cerberus is up to NO-GOOD! If you find this beast, annihilate the thing before it can do any further damage to our world. What rewards can one expect for such a heroic deed? ill be writing up what i have discovered as well. Catalin thought he had prevented frigid curse of Cerberus at Kos Heb, but it seems this creature has many heads and slaying one does not kill the beast. The winter chill descends!
Catalin sent back a report that he traveled to Kos Heb. Apparently he had some trouble finding willing recruits at the Albatross. With the help of a local, he was able to cobble a group to go inspect this Cerberus that had sent intruders into Paws tower. The soldier that returned the message though said that Catalin stayed behind. Curiously no one has seen him since.
The final Cerberus has been sent to our world. Winter has come! and with the cold, chilling footsteps can be heard in the distance. An army of ice dwelling creatures approaches with elves at their side. How can we stop such an invasion?! I hope everyone who ran into Cerberus had a "good" experience Thanks to @Jupiter for helping with the RP part of this event. Everyone is more then welcome to keep their Starting Winter books. Some images of the items Cerberus was given, and it wasn't that hard to give them lol.
Thank you all for taking part in this event and sharing your findings here and on IRC. However, the story of Cerberus is not over yet! The grey wizard Jupiter and company have unfinished business with the beast. How will this story play out? Where will heros rise up to smite this foe? What riches await? You'll just have to get out there and play to find out!
It appears all the beasts have been slain, at least for now! I have scouted all of KosHeb today, and the hunting parties did well. I will check there again soon to make sure they are truly gone. I hope they are not planning something sinister.
Cerberus appears all across the world, from the bottom of Fire Island to the top of Yew and all through the lost lands. The beast has also been spotted in dungeons once or twice
So I thought I would sneak into Destard and farm some coin... All went well in the main room, helped a fella looking for elves. Banked when I hit the magic 10k coin number. I decided to start at the back of the main room next run so I hit my rune to the Ankh and Lo what do I see before me... I drop an EV, Poison Field and Provo the Water Ele on ole Cerberus..... But he wasn't having any of that mess So I summoned a Daemon named Barbatos from the pits of the Abyss and the water ele's brother came to avenge his death... NOW we are cooking Barbatos was the sole surviver… and Cerberus gave of the goods... When hunting Destard I have one rule... DONT RUN, You will only die tired. Stand your ground and the loot can be YOURS Oh and if there is any doubt who has released this Plague of Cerberus upon the lands...

I've been wanting to try this Keza event since he started doing it, but had bad timing when they were announced and assumed they were found quickly. So, I set out to find the elusive Cerberus. I searched high and low, over rivers and through dungeons. I found nothing but an afk player with an elf slayer and some hcoins. It was a nice score, but I wasn't satisfied. Also, I didn't take screenshots, so you'll have to trust me. I was just about to give up, when I had a hunch about a possible location. I then found a second one within 5 minutes. What a rush. Thank you @Keza for the wonderful time. I had a blast.
By sheer luck I stumbled upon the beast in Despise 10 minutes ago .... An Ogre Lord was employed for the task of slaying. I thanked him for his service and grabbed the loot.
As I have journeyed across this world to rid it of these vile elves, I have run into this fierce beast twice. Both times I met this beast with the full fury of my most trusted allies. Both times, the beast was slayed. Thank you @Keza for the enjoyable relief of elf hunting (the loot didn't suck either).
