At one point i owned this island and gave it to my gf to get her more into the game. She loved it. this is a great place for sure!

I owned it for ~2years and sold it short before quitting. It's always fascinating to see what people are letting go IDOC...

Yea after Erza it gets a bit fruity, @Orange aka SandyRavage auctioned the villa last when CPU got it at an idoc and sold it to someone called @Volume after a spicy bidding war with Vandalin, That's the last auction listing for it. The small at the front got picked up by someone @Timelord after that - no auctions so I'm guessing it was passed amongst friends that were leaving.

It hadn't gone idoc since those 2 dudes owned them.

I think @Wizard aka a ShadowJack alt was interested in it and he's very good at discreetly acquiring properties so maybe that's where it all gets a bit silent and cloak and dagger.

If gold were no object, I would buy this and give it to ShadowJack so he can finally form his thieves town.... good thing I am gold poor and SJ cant read this forum anyways

I'm a big fan of remote spots.

I've since idoc'd that island twice since timelord lost it. So three times in total.

Timelord let it drop. We replaced.

Sold it to a player and he moved nothing in and immediately let the whole spot go idoc. We replaced and I gave it back to him (Minus deeds - I'm not a charity)

He then did the same thing again after about a month, letting the whole spot go idoc. We replaced. Offered it back to him, didn't get a response so we sold it again.

I have no worries about it going idoc again any time soon. The new owner is a refresh pro.
I know this cause I been eyeballing 2 of his houses my whole time here and the spot the whole time I played in Europa. Most I see is slightly. Hah
