    Sounds like this is his explainer for how it got sold. How he gave it to a buddy that "betrayed" him and he gets the majority of the cash on the down low while crazy gets a cut for taking a bit of heat.

    I hooked Valrick up with this property years ago as a thanks for all the hard work that he did at the time and under certain conditions. I told CrazyDaze to go ahead and sell it so one of the gang could spin it into getting a nicer home. It was a thought out planned upgrade to help out one of our circle of friends and no one wanted to see it sit empty. I have no idea what Valrick's issue is. We just wheel and deal houses with houses and keep it separate from the rest of the Trammel. No one ever yelled at him in the slightest. He needs slapped around a bit with a large trout, it seems.

    Anywho, good luck on the sale, @crazydaze and sorry for mucking things up.
