WTS SST next to a Lich / Wraith spawn. I've had them pop from instantly up to 2 minutes. Just a lich and wraith, so low risk, lots of reward.

South of Trinsic / Trinsic Moongate, both are just north of the river on the map.

This is a great house for a slightly new(ish) player, I used to casually farm here while I’d be watching training macros on my other boxes. It’s such a low pace farming but gives good returns, you could stand on your steps with a silver weapon and just chip away, there’s almost 0 risk.

If I didn't already have a lich house I would be all over this!

I have the sst a screen away. When I saw that sst get placed this week my jaw dropped. Nice find. Debating if 1000 liches is worth it or not.

you can semi afk that. just have to manually loot every 8mins?

yups. I toss my peace axer out every now and again when I'm filling bods or something liek that. wish mob leader boards would update one day

You forgot about the wraiths, they have 10 regs, 30-75 gold and 1/400 plat.
