this is easily worth 10mil and is the only keep on all of dagger that is worth anything. if i had the money i'd be all over this
I don't see why this would be worth more than any of the other keeps either, especially others on the water. I don't see this being worth more than 5-6m tops personally, but to each their own.
Gridlocked. You can see other buildings/houses/people's 529837429384234 lockdowns from other houses. Doesn't feel like your own. This one has a somewhat open front/side area, and you own the patio behind it. It's literally the best keep on all of dagger island. Edit: Didn't even mention other keeps having their front steps/side towers overlapped by other houses, which imo makes the house worth less than the deed to place it.
