The last 2nd anny vesper sandals sold for 40~ish mil. Although the market has tanked since that last auction - I am however using that as a sort of baseline to guide this off of. I'm hopeful Tela won't re-use anny hues after the 10th anniversary and these will stay rare. But I am willing to spend more to open up pixel vaults.

Unfortunately due to market saturation with lep sandals and 6th green and all other similar hues I am not interested. This blue is unmistakable and is my goal. I'm working on amassing a decent offer for Bart should he be interested in selling to me. I have not spoken to him, so this may be a fool's errand. I am however, hopeful. I'm assuming Creager has been here for a while to amass such wealth. Being here 4 years you should have well more than how much you are saying you have. I have plenty of assets, 4 blessed runebooks, an ethy, nice houses, and still have over 10 mil in the bank. I have only been here for about 1.7 years now so it's very easy to gain the wealth if you are playing a lot.
I was Idoccing with -7- and Sneaky T's crew before they left. I'm one of the last members that actively play. I have sold my forts and literally have no home. I just bank sit in Brit where this era of the game has always been special to me. I do not wish to list my assets as I'm sure many will find it distasteful. The events are always great money makers. Until of course the event spawns are left on for months and months and reduces the value of the said events.. But that is for another thread and another time. Bod's are great, but I find buying the pieces of Valorite small bods and making the hammers to be enough of a hunt and satisfaction. The constant turn-ins and flips is maddening and people like Eskeleto, Hawkeye, Phaero, Hetmasteen and others who do it hard-core have nothing but my utmost respect. My only advice would be to steer clear of "investments" of plat and hcoin as those prices rise/fall so suddenly. I have lost much as have so many other vets.
