Hail UOR, below is my submission for the Large Category of the Decorating Contest. The concept is an old school UO armory. Yes there are some new rares in here but overall this is very much an age specific project. I hope you enjoy.



Make no mistake you shall find no frills here, this armory preps man and beast for war nothing more nothing less.

The entry way leaves no doubt as to the quality of craft to be expected inside. The chests are loaded with weapons of the highest order. To the left is a display case of perfect weapons and a small kitchen loaded with rares of the common right to server birth variety. The Alchemy of Feanor is without compare and the potions or always on the boil.



The Second floor completes the weapons display and is dedicated to the crafts of metal and fire. A small room for tinkering and a blacksmith shop fit for a lord of the craft. With rune books to every mining cave and ore spawn point production is never a problem. Countless golems have fallen to my sword and the lifeless statues left behind are proof that this is no mere show piece or simple BOD factory.



The third floor is dedicated to the crafts of leather and wood. From bows to tables there is nothing that can't be produced here. Every item produced in the creation of this armory came out of that little carpentry shop. Once again the complete rune book sets will take me to any shop related to the craft.



Finally what is the point of creating the materials of war without the ability to put them into practice. Behold the training center. With weapons racks, a dueling pit, archery range, and pet training pens there is no force of arms that cannot be perfected here.

• Best Decorated Large House

Hey guys, here is my entry for this year contest, I haven't push this year design as much as last year one, but I think is good enough to deserve an entry.
This year I present you with my retirement home on a secluded peninsular beach, here where the tides repears themselves gently raises a large patio, sparkling of a mix of seafoam and salt that the seabreeze brought over the roof.


The house is equiped with all amenities including:

• An additional Veranda floor on top of the roof, ideal for stargazing and dating chicks

• A garden with fishpond included to sit by in long hours of meditation observing the flow of the fishes

• A Shed Stone-Workshop to store anything is taking to much space in the house

• A good luck Wisp spirit spawn protecting the house from douches

And last but not least, the question everyone is wanting to ask:

• YES, you can fish from the Patio!

The night is still young, want to check out my tower?
The flamboyantly dressed fighter was full of liquor at this point, but seemed confident he could gate to the right location. I figured why not check it out, perhaps there'd be some niceties to line my coffers with. Also being a dexxer, bringing him into close quarters combat could prove advantageous. He opened a gate..



On the other side a grassy lawn, with an Order guard post overlooking.

Well hello there Luke, is it Friday again already?
The guards seemed more than disinterested in his greeting, odd given his enthusiasm.

The guards stay posted around the clock. Very helpful for warding off thieves as they are quite observant!
Large birds also guarded the door, screeching sharply in low guttural tones. He fumbled with the keys before opening the door..



Welcome to my humble abode!
The place was tidy, for a bar. Bright rainbows of lights were strewn across the ceiling of the whole room. The bar tables had benches to accommodate a large party, and obviously had been used recently. Games had been played, half eaten food, candles burned down. My eyes glanced at some broken lockpicks at a large metal door.

Thieves have tried, don't let me find you! Haha...ha...ha.....
As ominous as his laugh was, it reminded me of my goal here. Looking further my eyes met with a golem behind the bar who squawked in excitement.

Someday I'll have a real cook behind there, but he is fit to serve. Come, come upstairs!
Next to the staircase was a set of dartboards. Delicate seashells lined the wall of the staircase. The anticipation of seeing what was upstairs had already waxed and waned, but my greed was getting the best of me..



Welcome to my laboratory!
We passed a beautiful tapestry alongside an old, chewed up ruined painting. A chaotic but clean alchemy room, though seemed for fit for a mad scientist. A strange pentagram with odd stones at it's center. Unfamiliar smells, acrid then sweet.

Also my armory is fully stocked, I'll grant you a fine suit of armor later on!
His offer seemed insincere, but I smiled as if the future me would be thankful. Strange suites of armor lined the room, with the more evil pieces tethered to the floor with heavy metals. Some sort of security measure no doubt.

Onward, to the next floor!


Something about this floor felt... contorted. The dining room looked plain enough, with snacks still on the table, nice plants, and paintings on the walls.

Follow me to the master suite..........
Maddening.



It felt as if my body was warped backwards. The room had awful things strewn about and a dark ritual had clearly been taking place. He sat upon a wicked throne, looked over at the bed, then back at me.

Cozy, isn't it?
Words could not describe my horror, but fear kept me in line. This man was clearly insane and I had to play my cards right to make it out of here in one piece, loot or not.

"Well, I think I'd better be leaving!"

Oh, but you must see the rooftop! The view is to die for!
A sharp sense of danger washed over me, but at this point there was no turning back. We made our way to the rooftop..



Sinister. Bats flew around the roof as if moths to a flame. A dueling pit that has seen scores of men rot. Old bones lie in an open sarcophagus, with an empty sarcophagus behind a potion station. What I'm assuming was his dark warhorse stand stabled in his makeshift stables. At a glance anything worth trying to walk off with felt just out of reach..

Well friend, this concludes our tour. Now it's time for you to pay!


Afraid, but prepared. Close quarters is where a dexxer fights best! The flamboyant stranger pulled out a gleaming warfork and charged forward with the speed of a silver serpent. His strike was just as deadly..
