    I have this weap without a modifier and it will 1 shot evil mages here and there. Add 25 modifier its gonna hit some sexy numbers

    So I can fill in the gaps a little, fully forted and repaired you will hit in the 80's and 90's no problem. The Hally doesn't respond to the LJ bonus but trust me you won't need it.
