Going by the most-offset timezone possible (UTC-12) and assuming midnight, that would make the cutoff 2020-03-01T12:00:00Z (1583064000 Unix Epoch).

The last valid vote on @Ron Jeremy 's post would have been von Stuben 's, made at 2020-02-27T04:09:06Z (1582776546 Unix epoch). The next vote on that post was made by Shipwreck at 2020-03-01T21:52:13Z (1583099533 Unix epoch), which would be *past* the cutoff. Thus his and the next 6 votes (Tuneful, twarf, medas, Labeler, Jim Harbaugh, & AnadeLour) would not count, and the total would have to be adjusted by -7, making it 25 total votes at the time of this post.

The next vote on the post made by Arcanias at 2020-03-01T12:04:21Z (1583064261 Unix epoch) exceeded the cutoff by 261 seconds. That vote and the following by Delstrudo are thus ineligible. There are 28 total votes at the time of this post and subtracting the 2 ineligible votes would mean 26 total votes.
