I appreciate your opinion, but as it is, I have employed a handful of individuals already and I am now just pending their return to offer payment for successful job completion.

Unfortunately, we do not recognize the forum police, as that is a non-community based operation.

As mentioned to a concerned citizen in Moonglow today, I will repeat here:

"The dissolution of The Bureau of Mining and Trade Regulations can be accomplished through an official public meeting with a set date and agreeable time. If it is proven we should disband based on legal prosecution, we will thus as our power is granted by the community... Lastly, if no one wishes to hold a formal meeting, then we will assume that the power granted to us by this great community is not in question and we will continue operations. thank you again concerned citizen in Moonglow."

I even offered to set-up an appointment for a community meeting for this individual, he stated he would not go to that, despite recognizing that it would be our only way of dissolution. We can only assume his support for us is growing.

If a meeting is to be held, we will not offer up any purchased licenses, as that is the private property of the individuals. If we are disbanded they would be destroyed. In regards to other requests like whether or not enforcement is being taken, we will provide all the necessary documentation.

If a meeting is to be held, please have three officials with legal proof to say we should not otherwise be in operation any further and one non-biased individual to be the judge. However, we will be allowed the ability to provide our own counsel as well, and should the court be based on sole emotion, it will be deemed that all action is null.

You have until 05/05/2020 to make a formal request for a court hearing to take place.

If we do not exist as you claim, then, by law, we do not need to prove existence. You have your answer already in regards to how to address this organization.

Regrettably, we have already offered a solution for the community on how to dissolve this organization and cease its actions. Until such actions are taken we will continue to operate, regardless of opinions to our existence.

If we "do not exist" then you need not worry and we need not prove anything.

If we do exist and you seek us to cease our actions, then follow the procedure we have left for the community.
