These seem to fall under "pre-patch" Tailoring items. Looks like they retained the color of the dyed leather used. If these are "Orc Helms" and not Orc Masks, then they are not bless-able and cannot use medi while wearing. --- Either way, awesome pre-patch items!
I originally got these in 2015 if that helps..now sure when Tailor patch was but these are fairly old.
He does post on the forums but I think he is pretty busy especially right now. If you want you can try to contact him via discord. You could also ask in UOR discord someone may have an answer for you.

@Fatty Mike Just to verify, 1 million on each for 3 million total? Also thank you @Zyler and @SativaGreen for the info on these. I got them from a character by the name of Garvey when he quit playing. He let me choose one of his rares and he counted this set as 1 item. I displayed them proudly for a long time but figured it was time to let someone else enjoy them.
