Biggest problem with listing a tower at deed price is the worry a vet will come in and just take it and resell it. If we can ensure a tower is going to a new player, I will gladly give one up at deed.

While you're not wrong, I disagree that this is the what we're talking about here. You could also be joking. I don't know you and Labeler well enough to tell. If you are, I'll delete this. But I don't think that we should tempt another flame war by calling people out. Not in a thread that's meant to give new players (or low- to mid-level PC mobs, however you define yourself) a hand. @Samorite has caught hell in the last 24 hours, and I personally haven't given staff much breathing room in that time. If we can have one lighthearted thread about housing, may we please let it be this one?
