Deeds are “newbied” so they won’t drop on your corpse as long as you don’t go red from murder counts.

I know its a little expensive but it is a really nice spot. There are loads of people who would be willing to help you throw up a SB. I'm sorry I can't help ATM or I would. I can't let it go for any cheaper. I wont be upset if I end up keeping it.
