Open multiple clients on a mac?

I'm pretty new to OSX (running an iMac v10.9.4) and installed UO using http://uorforum.com/threads/playing...c-osx-using-a-download-and-play-package.6159/ but how the hell do I go about opening a second instance of the client? Any help would be appreciated but please be pretty specific when it comes to what commands, etc.

Should be just by running another instance of Razor

Macs only let you open a program or file one at a time by default, you need some terminal command to open it a second time (open -n "file/path.whatever") but for some reason that doesn't work, it has something to do with Wine. I think I need to open another Wine but I have no idea how to do that.

Hey man! It's possible to get this working through Terminal. I searched about for a command which I used on my old OS. However I didn't get it to work, maybe it works for you. This is how it goes:

1. Open Terminal
2. Write "open -n /Applications/UO Renaissance.app"

Note: Terminal didn't seem to like spaces, so at first it didn't work, but I renamed the app to "UORenaissance" and another instance of UO opened up. The problem is it appeared for some time and then just went off and didn't manage to start. Why, I don't know. But doing this through Terminal is possible at least, somehow.
