    Haill all, You may have noticed...(or not) I have not been around for awhile. I have not come up with a decision on who to give my property to. So It will go to the first person that can CONVINCE me to give it to them.

    the prperty is located south of destard in the swamp, The Dwarf Fortress

    I have good word that my cy is not comprimised as the castle was placed waaaay back in the day by a old time ren player. I will get his name later. Anywhooo..................go!

    Would also encourage you to do the same. However, should you feel you still wish to give away the houses, this new player to the shard would be hugely appreciative. The house I have now I would donate to another new player and one of the two given to me would be given to my RL brother who also plays here (Knoc). One of the great things about playing here is seeing the generosity to new players. My goal in playing here is to not only establish myself but to allow pay that generosity forward to other new players and see the cycle continued.

    To everyone on giveing to new players, This is a HUGE house, it has 8 bedrooms with locking doors for guild members. This is a guild house. Also, it has a Large Tower bridged to it., for a workshop/vendor house/new recruit houseing/storage. If I was a new player I would not want such house, nothing to work for.

    The tower and L-Shape to me was always the perfect one-player house sizes for needing a bit more space, so I can understand the reservation in giving up the fortress. I have yet to actually walk through a fortress but I guess when you've played on here long enough, you need something to house all the items/loot you acquire, or offer it up as a place to macro a large number of characters/skills in one place (as you say, the perfect guild house).

    Should you decide to get rid of them, I do know someone or some guild will be very happy.
