    This house is located directly adjacent to the sacrifice shrine. The nearby resurrection shrine should be useful. There are trees galore and ocean just a screen or 2 away. Every public rune-library in the land carries a rune to your front door.

    Are the resurrections an add on feature or included in the base price? ;)

    Does the new owner have to feed the bear?

    Great questions.

    1. The resurrections come with the base price and are unlimited.

    2. The new owner does not HAVE to feed the bear, but I imagine he will be pretty pissed off if you cut him off cold turkey from his thrice a day feedings.

    The shrine was certainly very useful to my lumberjack after you PKd him yesterday!

    I am sure he is looking forward to a better mannered neighbour. :)
