Sorry to hear about your loss LS.

Hopefully you had insurance.... and things will be ok before too long.

Things will only get better, it can't get any worse

PS: If you need anything give me a PM, I'll see what I can do.

Tragic news. The main thing is that you're ok @Lightshade, the house can be rebuilt and things replaced.

It's a shame you have been putting a lot of of works into your yard.

Sorry to hear about all that man. Good luck with the rebuilding/recouping and I hope no one was hurt as that is certainly the important thing.

    Wonderful

Can always replace a roof and four walls, can never replace a loved one.

All the best to you Lightshade. I'm down the state from you around the St. Louis area. Should you need anything, let me know. Would be happy to assist.

Happy to see you you got out of this unhurt.

Wish you good luck with cleaning up ( insert house cleaning UO joke here )

And now at least you should be good, tornadoes never hit the same place twice... or is it lightning ?

I know how it feels. Since this server went live I have lost 2 homes due to the 325kph winds and destructive force of Typhoon Yolanda...the largest recorded storm to hit landfall in the history of mankind. Make sure to take advantage of good friendships and family to allow you to recover from this both emotionally and monetarily. Take solace in having survived this, and having the opportunity to watch the sun set again. For me, I see things much differently than I did before. There is some truth to that old saying, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger".

It's saddens me to hear of your troubles Light, but also so happy you and yours are ok.

As Freakzilla said, do take advantage of friends and family's offers of help, hugs whatever. When life gets rough, that helps us through.

    Hugs

My welfare plat and farming is taking a rather large hit, but real life is coming along well. Roof should be back on by next week...might actually be back in the house in 2-3 months.
