I remember when you bought this, Mike. Living here would really give you a completely different, in a good way I feel, vantage point from which we spend our house time in currently. I definitely like to get out and hit the ol' brothel every now or night, but for the most part I spend the majority of my time in my house., but I spend a lot of my time in my house. Would be nice to see blue and KNOW you're on a sick ass peninsula that barely houses me altogether, all the while knowing that it is in fact water, and not some fake ass blue scenery. I feel this would cheer me up a bit and if I didn't already just purchase a beautiful villa myself I would definitely enter a bid war with someone on this masterpiece.
