1254 Hue Cloth?

    Hey folks,

    Wondering if someone can shed light on where 1254 cloth comes from? For those unaware, it's a TB Hue, and also available for leather via a leather dye tub. I see that some raw cloth is out there in the world, and I'm wondering about its source. PM me if you have the info I am looking for.

    this would be a hue you would be able to gather from killing NPC's
